If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gamma Sonar LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company.
Gamma Sonar is a financial data and analytics platform that provides gamma exposure (GEX) calculations, options flow data, and related market structure analysis tools. The Service is intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

ALL DATA, ANALYSIS, SIGNALS, AND CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE INVESTMENT ADVICE, FINANCIAL ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ADVICE.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription at $249.00 USD per month, or the applicable promotional rate if you subscribed during a promotional period (Charter Member or Founding Member). All new subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
By subscribing, you authorize Gamma Sonar LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Gamma Sonar LLC does not store your payment card information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting contact@gammasonar.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of your paid period.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the current billing period already paid. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Gamma Sonar LLC makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of data and calculations provided through the Service. However, we do not warrant that data will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current. Market data is provided by third-party vendors and Gamma Sonar LLC is not responsible for errors or delays in such data.
GEX calculations and proprietary signals are based on mathematical models and historical data. These models have inherent limitations and may not reflect actual market conditions. You should not rely on any single data point or signal as the sole basis for any trading decision.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gamma Sonar LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our proprietary signals, formulas, and methodologies are trade secrets of Gamma Sonar LLC.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GAMMA SONAR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMMA SONAR LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
Gamma Sonar LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
